Are these official Pokémon cards?
No. Our cards are unofficial fan-art collectibles and are not produced, licensed, or affiliated with the official Pokémon Trading Card Game.
They are designed for collecting, displaying and enjoying the artwork.
Can I use these cards to play Pokémon TCG?
No. These cards are collectible items only and are not intended for official Pokémon TCG gameplay.
Where do the cards come from?
Our cards are sourced from Peru and brought to collectors in the UK and beyond.
We specialise in unusual fan-art style collectibles that are different from standard trading card products.
Are the cards new?
Yes. All items are checked before shipping and packed carefully to help ensure they arrive safely.
Are the cards random or can I choose designs?
This depends on the product.
Please check each product description carefully, as some items are specific designs while others may be mystery-style packs.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This helps protect collectors and ensures items are not returned after being opened, swapped, or altered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. You will receive tracking information where available.
How are my cards packaged?
We carefully package orders to help protect collectible items during delivery.
For added protection, we recommend selecting tracked shipping where available.
